Workshops

Last week I had the pleasure of running workshops for King School, Worcester. The students are currently studying for G.C.S.E.

The workshop gave them a chance to see my working practice and an opportunity to develop their own visual language.

We undertook journeys across two differing areas of the penwith landscape. The idea being to document the journey in sketchs and create a number of larger works using soil and elements from the landscape.

Plateau of Carn Galver looking North - Drawing.

Away from Trewidden Studio towards the woods.

Nine Maidens - working on larger works to conclude in the studio - Using extended paintbrushes and soil and rain water.

In the woods starting the drawings

Large collaborative paintings

Many hands make a right mess and a great work of art!

Collaborative study - think they liked the results!

Back in the studio concluding the work with oil bars & charcoal.
