Artist's workspace away from the studio.

Objects and reading material.

Strange things find ways onto my desk, the stone is in fact a neolithic grinding stone for spelt (wheat) Very tactile object, which seems to follow me everywhere. So i even have the tools to make bread, what more can a man ask for.

Reading material;
Later poems - R.S.Thomas
Nick Cave - Death of Bunny Munro
Gerhard Richter - The Daily Practice of Painting
&
Gerald Hull - Falling into Cornwall.

Gerald and his wife Margaret came to the last open studio, he was kind enough to send a me copy of his new collection.

Particularly drawn towards 'Death of a wasp' & 'Zennor'.

'Zennor, a town at the end of the alphabet.'

Wonderful collection of poems accompanied by drawings by john krcma.
